Remedial Massage  - is a deep tissue massage using a combination of myo-facial work, stretching and mobilisation techniques, to target specific problem areas in the body. This may be muscular aches, pains and strains, headaches, back pain, and many other conditions.

Holistic Massage includes a selected blend of aromatherapy oils to suit the individual client  a Swedish massage including pressure points on the scalp and feet creating a deep relaxing massage  holistic massage has many benefits but is especially effective in reducing stress, insomnia and enhancing emotional well-being.

Reflexology  is the gentle manipulation of reflex/pressure points on the feet and hands. Each reflex point corresponds to a specific area in the body and gentle application to these areas helps to engage the body's healing ability making this a good treatment for general health and well-being maintenance, it has also been shown to benefit anxiety, insomnia and stress.

Indian head massage  is where techniques of massage and pressure point manipulation are applied to the shoulders, neck, scalp and face to create a relaxing yet stimulating treatment. This can be done over clothes.
